Answers to the questions we receive most often about our terms, your data rights and how disputes are resolved under betsafe policy.

These terms apply to anyone who opens and uses a betsafe account. Access is subject to local law and is available only where local law permits. You confirm eligibility when you complete account registration.

Log in, go to Account Settings and select Data Export, or email our legal inbox with your registered email address. We process the request and send your data package within 10 business days.

Yes, subject to legal retention obligations. Financial transaction records must be held for the period required by law. Once that period expires, personal identifiers are deleted. Submit your request through the legal inbox.

We notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. The effective date is shown at the top of each document. If you continue using your account after that date, you accept the updated terms.
